Terms and Conditions for juliedausell.dk

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales and
deliveries of products purchased by consumers on juliedausell.dk,
operated by Rún i Danmörku filial of Rún, filial af Heildverslunin Rún
ehf., Iceland
 (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). By placing an
order on juliedausell.dk, you agree to these Terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices on juliedausell.dk are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT.

Payment methods accepted include VisaMasterCard, and Visa Electron.

Payment will only be charged when your order is dispatched. The total amount will be reserved on your payment card when you place the order.

We use secure payment gateways to protect your payment information. All transactions are encrypted to ensure the highest level of security. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access caused by external breaches.

3. Placing Orders

Our webshop is open 24/7, and orders can be placed at any time. However, we reserve the right to make the website temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

Before submitting your order, ensure all information (e.g., delivery address, payment details, order specifics) is correct. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

If incorrect information results in failed delivery, we are not obligated to resend the package or issue a refund. If the package is returned to us, a credit note will be issued minus applicable return shipping fees.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. A binding agreement is entered into only when you receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our logistics partner: Evolog Logistix A/S Sandagervej 10, DK-7400 Herning Denmark

We ship exclusively within Europe using GLS. Delivery times are typically 2-5 working days, but during very busy periods, shipments may take up to 7 working days.

Delivery costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed during checkout.

Orders placed before 2 pm CEST are typically dispatched the same day, except during sales periods, public holidays, or other peak times when delays may occur.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If your order is sent to a pick-up point, it must be collected before the return period expires. If not collected, the package will be returned to us, and return costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have a right of withdrawal for 30 days from the day of receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Refunds include the purchase price and original standard shipping costs, minus any value depreciation for used or damaged items.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 9 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. The refund includes the purchase price but no shipping costs, minus any value depreciation for used or damaged items.

Force Majeure Section:

We are not liable for delays or non-fulfillment caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, invluding but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actionsm or technical failures.

6. Warranty and Defects

Products are covered by a 24-month warranty under Danish consumer law.

To file a complaint:

Report any defects within a reasonable time to contact@juliedausell.dk with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Depending on the issue, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund.

Items showing normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling are not covered.

7. Liability

We are liable only for the purchase price of defective goods and are not responsible for indirect losses.

Slight variations in product colors or materials due to screen settings are not considered defects.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order, including your name, address, email, and phone number. Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and Danish data protection laws.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes must be resolved in Danish courts unless EU consumer protection regulations specify otherwise.
